What is Sparkling Pool Services, Inc.?
Sparkling Pools is a full service commercial pool management company. We take care of pools and provide lifeguards to condominium associations, apartment complexes, retirement communities and homeowners associations.

Where will I be working?
We run pools all over New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. We will place you at a pool as close to your home as possible.

When are the pools open?
The pools are usually open from Memorial Day Weekend (May 24, 2008) until Labor Day (September 1, 2008.) Hours vary at each facility.

How much will I get paid?
Your pay rate depends on your education and your experience level. You will be offered a starting pay rate at your interview.

What qualifications do I need to become a lifeguard?
You must be at least 15 years old and a good swimmer.

What do I have to do before I start working?
You will need to provide proof of your eligibility to work in the US. If you are under the age of 18, you will need to complete Working Papers. Most importantly, you will need to become a certified lifeguard.
